A new GPRS & Ethernet logger solution to integrate with several EMT monitoring units and backend analysis tools. It is a remotely manageable, scalable solution that adapts to its particular installation and robust to the varying implementations and signal conditions of GPRS networks. Fen implemented a design using an off the shelf development platform that gave a great degree of configuration and reliability. Protection of data and its integrity was key to a successful outcome; for this reason, this was the focus of both the development phase and the lab testing with follow up on the field.
