A software-based system for protected horticulture that keeps pest team on top of their crop scouting information with high precision pest and disease maps, charts and tables.The pesticide monitoring system is based on a portable module to be installed in pesticide sprayers, located through GNSS signals, able to measure the amount of pesticide spread during the control of pests and diseases of crops procedures and transfer and distribute the information to remotely monitor it. With GPS and timestamps on all records, they will be able to control where the scouts were and how effectively they are working. The most challenging requirement for our team was to design and implement the most compatible portable device in the market that can be installed in any type of pesticide module system during spraying procedures.
